We are manufacturer and exporters of all type of wooden furniture and handicraft items based in jodhpur, india. We would like to inform you that we have imported machines of latest technique i.e. four side planer- moulder, wide belt sanding machine and multi-purpose wood working machine to produce best quality products and to achieve high scale production. With this we can ensure that we can supply best quality products, which would have most accuracy in dimensions and timely delivery. With the continuous efforts of our research and development works we have developed few more machines like tong & groove cutting machine for making tong & groove in the wooden planks, pneumatic plank carrier machine in which edge glued planks are clamped under pneumatic air pressure from all sides by which we can have a strong and perfect joints. No gap is seen in the plank's joint thereafter. We have also developed machines for all wood joineries so that human error in assembly of furniture is eliminated. We use sheesham wood that is a part of rosewood family. It is the strongest wood available in india and we make chemical treatment and seasoning of the wood prior to take in manufacturing process. We have got our own wood seasoning & chemical treatment plant with a capacity of 15000 cubic feet per month for the assorted sizes of the wood. We keep the moisture content of the wood 6 to 10 percent. This plant is first of its kind in northern india with such a large facilities available in one place. We are glad to inform you that we are using imported best quality finishing materials and lacquering is done by imported spray gun. We have enough manpower and a large area (18000sq. Meter) for mass production. Other than wooden furniture we are the manufacturer and exporters of wrought iron furniture, gift articles and decorative made of wood, iron and the combination too.
